In August 2025, we commissioned the first Jinko SunGiga battery system in the Czech Republic. The installation took place in the modern logistics center of MALFINI a.s. in Ostrava, where we had previously implemented extensive rooftop and facade photovoltaics with an output of almost 800 kWp.
MALFINI a.s. is a leading European distributor of promotional textiles and accessories. For its logistics center, it decided to build a comprehensive energy system combining a photovoltaic power plant, battery storage, and advanced consumption management. We have been cooperating on the project for a long time – from design and documentation, through engineering and subsidy support to the realization itself.
The supplied SunGiga unit offers inverter power of 100 kW and a capacity of 215 kWh. The outdoor design with liquid cooling of battery modules is designed for long life and high safety. We set all parameters to comply with the Czech grid and legislative requirements.
The key element is our control system METRICA by YOUNG4ENERGY, which ensures production monitoring, predictive control, and consumption optimization, including a peak shaving strategy to reduce peak offtakes.
For this installation, we also designed a special structure with locking legs and a frame for leveling the terrain, which can also be used for other clients. The realization included complete wiring connection, grid protection, and switchboard cooling.
