At YOUNG4ENERGY, we meet with firefighters over blueprints practically every day. Every one of our Photovoltaic (PV), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), or METRICA control system projects passes through the hands of Fire Rescue Service (FRS) specialists who assess Fire Safety Solutions. Agreement on technology safety is the foundation of our work.
However, our cooperation with corps across the republic has another dimension. We realize that while we project safety at a desk, firefighters ensure it on the front lines – even in situations that technical standards don't account for.
Support for Post-Traumatic Care
Therefore, we have long supported the FRS Post-Traumatic Care Teams. We recently handed over 50 plush monkeys to firefighters in the South Moravian Region, which serve for the Huggy Puppy method.
Why is this help important?
- At the intervention: The toy helps firefighters establish contact with a child in shock.
- The Method: Huggy Puppy is a proven way to mitigate the effects of trauma directly at the accident site.
- Continuity: After the Moravian-Silesian Region, Prague, and Central Bohemia, this is another region where our "monkeys" help in the field.
Projection and EMS systems are about precision and data. The work of firefighters is about people. We are glad to be partners not only in approving project documentation but also where technology ends and psychological help begins.
